Pastor Youmone Berrien is an impassioned and dedicated millennial leader committed to leading individuals to a real and relevant relationship with Christ, engaging the community through Christ-inspired outreach initiatives, and teaching the unadulterated Word of God to the lost and broken. Pastor Berrien is the Youth Pastor at Peaceful Believers Church in Fort Meade, Fl. and the founder of the Millennial Movement, a Christian ministry geared towards the Millennial Generation through innovative and Spirit-led engagement opportunities. She is the wife of Damian Berrien and mother of five children. She is a graduate of Florida State University and Nova Southeastern University, holding both Bachelor and Masters Degrees, and is completing a Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership. Pastor Berrien is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and received recognition as an esteemed Delta Author after publication of her books Grace in One, Forever Here, Girl, Hurt No More! Resolve to Live HEALED, and most recently, Girl, Hurt No More! Healing Waters. Professionally, Pastor Berrien is the CEO of LEAD Educational Consulting LLC, supporting educators in the improvement of student achievement.

Girl, Hurt No More! Inc is a Women’s empowerment movement purposed equip, encourage, and strengthen women and girls globally through purposeful, therapeutic, and reflective self-development programming and wrap around services to improve mental, physical, financial, and emotional health. Girl, Hurt No More! Inc is comprised of three service branches that execute the vision and mission of the non-profit:
Girl, Hurt No More! Inc Conferences and Workshops are interactive, collaborative, and Bible-based sessions or retreats focused on equipping women and girls with the spiritual and practical tools needed to “do the work” of living a healed life. Inspired by the book, Girl, Hurt No More: Resolved to Live Healed and Girl, Hurt No More: Healing Waters, the conferences and workshops engage participants in purposeful activities and knowledge sharing to gain a deeper understanding of our responses to both favorable and unfavorable circumstances as we begin the work of aligning to God’s purpose for our lives.
The Yellow Dress Boutique is a consignment store in the form of a “Pop Up Shop” at Girl, Hurt No More! Inc workshops and conferences. Birthed from the vivid memory of a childhood trauma transformed into a testament of triumph, The Yellow Dress Boutique provides women and girls the opportunity to acquire gently used or new garments to help with their transition at no cost. Patrons of the Boutique earn shop credits by engaging in “self-work” through Girl, Hurt No More! Inc workshops or conferences and use the shop credits to select items from the store to adorn themselves as they step into their new season.
GHNM Transformation Zone for Interpersonal and Intrapersonal Skill Development is the official training space for Girl, Hurt No More! Inc to facilitate classroom style sessions focused on the development of interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. As a curriculum-based program, participants enroll in modules ranging from career readiness and job placement skills to mental health counseling and personal coaching/mentoring. In-House Readiness surveys provide data for suggested tracks and modules, allowing enrollees to progress at individualized pacing based on need, skill development, or preference. After successful matriculation through modules, enrollees receive checkpoint certificates and opportunities to represent the brand at “Knowledge Share Fairs” and/ or possibly advance to facilitators of entry level GHNM Transformation Zone courses.

Millennials meet bi-weekly to connect God’s Word with practical living (ConnectU) and engage in worship and a word (PlugDN).
